Everything would have been stellar if the heat in our room had been working. We called the front desk multiple times, and while they were super nice, it just didn’t come together until late in the night.

The pool was a nice escape on a chilly day, and the modern decor of the hotel was quite appealing!

I had an amazing stay! The events in the lobby were so much fun, especially Jazz night! My room was clean and spacious, just like in the photos. I definitely want to return!

The room I stayed in had a unique layout that was intriguing. I loved how the bathroom was separate from the vanity area, creating some privacy. The room itself felt modern and was generally clean. However, I could hear noises from the hallway, particularly when other guests walked by, which made it tough to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning struggled a bit. it didn't cool down as effectively as I hoped, even set to a low temperature. The lobby had a nice vibe, with a bar and snacks available, but I didn’t get to use the gym or the pool—both looked promising. The staff were friendly, making check-in easy and welcoming me with smiles. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the room, a nice touch. Still, the room could benefit from quieter doors and a little more soundproofing. Had I not had noise issues, my stay would have felt much more enjoyable.
